Crashing

If the game crashes back to Windows follow these steps.

Check the game's minimum requirements.  

Close background tasks.

Make sure you have the latest video drivers installed.

Uninstall the game and reinstall the game.  It may be some trouble with the game files.

Check our Tech Support web site for any known issues.

Many crashes are related to trouble communicating with the computer's video card.
